I want to install seep hoses in my polytunnel, and would like to find a good supplier, type, and price guide. Any suggestion please?

Most good garden centers have seep hoses, that u attach the water supply. When in operation u might think no water is coming out but the ground contact is so good and close that the water transfers directly.

As Michael196 said most good garden centres will at least one type of Seep Hose available to buy. I think the one I see most regularly is made by hozelock. One of my friends made his own using a regular hose pierced all over with a hot needle. Time consuming, and not as effective as the real thing, but it seems to work for him.

There is a hozelock that sprinkles out and is about 8 foot long. There is a 50 meter length of black rubber hose made from recyled tyres, in a coil , which is the sort I use.

Hi Geo321

It might be a bit late now (I see the request was in April, but.........)

If you wanted to go all out and get yourself the works then try P-A supplies in County Kilkenny. http://www.p-asupplies.com/index.htm

I bought watering system off of them for the outside spaces and in the tunnel. You can get timers to regulate the flow and anything else your budget will stretch to. It was all done by mail and the instructions for assembly - and staff were very helpful.

Cheers

Ian
