Looking for a wire trellis???

Hi There...am looking for a trellis that will run along the top on a wall. My father in law got some in NI but I cannot find in any hardware store or garden store to date in the ROI.
The description would be:

It is hard wire covered in think green PCV trellis. It would need to be attached upright to the wall (stapled onto some lats). The top of the trellis is decorative but firm so that it can support a creeper e.g - a russian vine, virginia creeper? Ot would come in a bale as opposed to indiviual lots? Any ideas on what I'm on about?

Reason I'm looking is that I have a long wall at back of garden but want to raise the amount of cover for privacy. This would be an ideal way of doing it and alot cheaper than spending money on a wooden trellis etc. Cheers.
